What is 1088 Bootcamp?
Although we are a CrossFit affiliate, we believe that an exercise program needs flexibility. You need options depending on your short and long term goals, what your schedule allows, and how your body feels that day. That’s why we are offering a Bootcamp at our facility.
This class is a 45-60 min, cadence based, body weight movement workout, and it is different than CrossFit. It is different in format (what you do, how long and in what order) as well as its effect on your body.
So, what does that mean for you?
This class is a perfect fit if you are:
- Just beginning to exercise
- Need a break from heavy lifting
- Want to burn extra calories
- Like a longer, continuous workout
