Fall is here and as the heat cools off, it’s the perfect time to get back into your exercise routine. With some good coaching and accountability, you’ll be able to weather the holiday season, just around the corner.

If you’ve fallen off the wagon for a season or even the whole year, you can move forward with a few weeks of consistent exercise under your belt.

We’re here to help you do that with the new “Reboot” program.

How does it work?

This is a multi- week program designed to re-introduce your body to CrossFit- the most effective fat burning and toning program in the world. It is also designed to
help you restart the routine of exercising 2-3 times a week AND eat right in a step-by-step way.

The first 2 weeks will be focused on exercising and getting your body to move. This program includes the Tu/Th 7:30pm class plus a “floater” third workout which is your choice: you can pick any other class on the class schedule: WOD, Bootcamp, Yoga, etc. The following 2 weeks will incorporate the Nutrition element so you can ramp up your body’s change.

Each exercise session will last approximately 1 hour and will include a programmed warm-up, skill session,
workout and cool down. You’ll receive coaching feedback from Coach Sam (who’s day job is educating future Physical Therapy Assistants and was himself a practicing Certified Athletic Trainer)  and meet others who are on a similar path as you: to trim down, tone up and get fitter.
