SUMMER SPEED & AGILITY CLINICS
Designed for aspiring athletes desiring to improve their athletic performance on the court or field.
This training includes agility ladder, plyometrics, cone drills, core strength exercises and foundational strength like squatting and pressing.
Girls – TUES/THURS 5:30-6:30 pm
Guys – MON/WED 5:30-6:30pm
$110/8-SESSIONS OR $15/class

Cost: $12/person or $10/3+ groups Drop-In

The Pipeline Homeschool Program is designed to help families develop healthy exercise habits while also meeting any physical education requirements in their curriculum.
Our facility is set up to accommodate different students’ ages with stations including: cardio intervals, core work, obstacle courses, play area, coach-led fitness and CrossFit instruction.
We have areas where young children can participate in active creative play, where older students can learn the fundamentals of weight training, exercise routines and gym etiquette, and where interested parents or adults can also participate.

Note: Kids 8-9yrs can test into JV after completing Level 2. Kids 12-13yrs can test into Varsity after completing Level 3. Families will receive 10% off additional students.
The Varsity Program is designed for high school age students desiring to build a foundation of general physical preparedness or further their athletic progression in CrossFit or other sport.
This class mixes strength training, olympic movement training, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning in a way that communicates well with this age group and gives them just enough challenge to push themselves.
Weight lifting – TUES/THURS 5:30 – 6:30 pm
CrossFit Training – MON/THURS 6:30-7:30pm
$80/month OR $12/class

We move A LOT!
We cycle through games, interactive fitness puzzles and nutrition quizzes.
We cover POSE Running Technique Drills.
They learn how to handle a dumbbell and kettlebell.
We teach how to set up a barbell with plates and clamps, how to do “weight” math. (JV and VS program).
We cover agility drills, work on coordination and accuracy of movements.
The students discuss the role of SUGAR and it’s impact on our health.
They don’t even look for their electronic device, they’re too busy!
