My sister was the gymnast growing up, not me. Doing something like the handstand walk is NOT in my comfort zone.

I can make excuses:

“I didn’t do this growing up.”

“I’m too old for this.”

“I’m not athletic enough.” … you know what I’m talking about.

But, I can’t let the excuses stop me from the satisfaction and joy of accomplishing something I didn’t think possible.

So, I take a deep breath, and just TRY.

Watch the video and you see it’s a process. I’m up, I’m down. Back up, back down. A couple of steps, backward steps. But each practice, I get a little better.

So. can. you.

Put your excuses on the bench, decide what you want to accomplish and just START!

And when you fall, get back up and try again.

You can do it!
