 Join our Pipeline Summer Camp and be prepared for whatever comes your way during 2019.

Our Pipeline program is designed for students age 7-15 and aims to develop fundamental exercise habits and skills.  We get them off the couch, off the electronics, and having fun while using their bodies and brains!

We offer two separate tracks: one track for Elementary students and one for Middle/High School students. Our Foundation Track is for students 2nd-5th grade who are looking to develop a foundation of good exercise and nutritional habits.

Our Acceleration Track is for students entering 6th-12th grade who are preparing for sports, looking for off-season conditioning, or who need a foundation of good exercise and nutritional habits to prepare them for adulthood. 

Each track has its own coach, and each student will get individual attention and feedback on their form, their strengths and tips for improvement in an encouraging atmosphere.

Ages: Entering 3rd-5th grade/ Middle-High School

Cost: EARLY REGISTRATION (March 1- May 15):  $85

OPEN REGISTRATION (May 16 – July 12): $95

Week 1: June 17-21     Week 2: July 15-19,

Registration and Drop Off: 8-8:30AM, Program 8:30AM-12PM. Space limited to 16 students!

Track Description:

Pipeline Foundation: For students entering 2nd-5th grade. Things they will learn during the week: Gym Etiquette 101, What’s a Barbell?, How to Set Up for a Pull up, Maximizing your Fuel Through Food, Basic Running Technique, Agility Ladder Exercises, How to Stretch and Recover Properly, Hydration and more! This track is designed to build confidence, discover strengths and just have some fun learning new things!

Pipeline Acceleration: For teens entering Middle School through High School. Things we will work on during the week: building strength through basic barbell movements (deadlift, squat, press), developing power and speed through the Olympic movements (clean and jerk), leveraging their body weight through ring work and the pull-up rig, maximizing their fuel through Food, Hydration and Recovery and much more. This track works on improving ten areas of fitness: strength, cardio endurance, speed, power, agility, accuracy, flexibility, balance, coordination, and stamina.
