Starting Your Day
How do you start your day? Is it by pressing the snooze button and when you finally drag yourself out of bed do you eat a pop tart with some coffee? If this sounds like your morning how beneficial do you think routine is for your health?
Your morning routine should be healthy and set the path for the rest of the day to follow.
A healthy habit to start in the morning would be to drink some lemon water while you take your vitamins. Have a breakfast that fills you with protein and not one that spikes your sugar and gives you a crash by the time you get to work. Wait 30 minutes to an hour to drink your coffee. I promise, you can do it!

GREEN MACHINE SMOOTHIE
~Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tsp agave
~Instructions
- Combine all ingredients
- Blend until smooth
- Enjoy!
