Join mother of four and 20-year fitness professional, Priscilla Jones and Yoga Instructor Meredith Richard, for a 6-week journey to a slimmer and stronger core.
Throughout the program Priscilla will share her tips, knowledge, and success in keeping her abs despite four pregnancies.
As your instructor, Meredith will deliver hands-on instruction in completing the exercises, guidance through the tricky waters of daily stress and lead you to better flexibility and peace.
“This core-conditioning program combines ab focused exercises with good nutritional principles to shed your excess stress and slim your waistline. We will meet twice a week for an hour to go over diet principles and complete a core strengthening workout. We’ll send you home with a workout to do throughout the next week, AND we’ll also talk about two of the biggest culprits in keeping our waistlines healthy- excess sugar and salt!” -Coach Priscilla
