With the end of school quickly approaching, we are in crunch time. Graduations. End of the year exams. Final concerts and competitions.

Even without this extra squeeze, some of your weeks are just FULL. As in, overflowing, can’t take one more thing! Your commitments piled up on your plate so high it’s threatening to crash on the floor if you don’t keep the schedule spinning at a sprint’s pace. Forget even thinking about a workout. It’s just a wash for the week.

Or is it?

It takes only ONE THING for you to stay on track: DECIDE.

DECIDE that you’re going to do SOMETHING.

That’s it.

If you decide and are determined to do SOMETHING, then you’ll find a way to squeeze it in.

Luckily, it doesn’t take long to get an effective workout. Fifteen minutes soup to nuts. Two minutes to change your clothes, grab your water and a towel. Ten minutes to complete your workout. Three minutes to catch your breath, change your clothes and down a protein shake! We probably spend more time in front of the mirror than that, just trying to make ourselves look good.

To help you out when life gets crazy, I’ve put together five different 10-min workouts that require little to no equipment.

Print out the template, make copies and put this list in your car, in your gym bag and on your refrigerator. When you’re in a crunch, choose one and GO!
